The chat support was super helpful, and I really appreciated the fast response to my email inquiry. The fast shipping was totally worth it, especially considering the price compared to the over $40 Amazon would have hit me with if I had bought this item there. I’d surely shop at the KOIOS store again.

"No Parts Available for Replacement!"
If you're on the hunt for a replacement part, kiois ain't gonna be much help. They don't offer any replacement parts at all. I looked around online, but there were hardly any parts to be found, and definitely no end caps, which is exactly what I'm after.

"Body of the product appears worn."
The product itself is decent. It's just that the body of my hand blender looks like it's been used or made from old plastic. I can spot scratches when the light hits it. I've ordered three times from Amazon and got the same quality each time, like they were opened before. So, I thought I'd try Koios.com, but guess what? Same deal. I'm happy with how it works, but not thrilled about the condition of the body.

"Fantastic HEPA Filters!!!"
I've bought around 7 or 8 of these air purifiers since they're really top-notch! They're compact, silent, and super effective, pulling air from three sides. I totally endorse this item! After using them for 6 months, I'm really pleased!

"Urgent Need for Juicer Due to Health Issues"
I’m dealing with cancer and really need that juicer ASAP. It’s been more than two weeks, and I still haven’t gotten any word on whether it’s been shipped. I thought about canceling the order, but they told me I couldn’t because my paperwork was sent to the vendor for shipping. I haven’t heard a peep from anyone about my order’s status. They did give me a return label to send it back once it finally arrives. I’m super disappointed that I can’t use my juicer to help with my health…

"Awesome air purifier"
I really like this air purifier! It's compact and comes with a nightlight feature that you can switch on or off. There are two fan settings, and it looks pretty nice too. I'm super happy with this buy.

"Fantastic Device"
This dehumidifier is fantastic. I've had a few before, but this one takes the cake. I snagged it on sale, so the price was pretty sweet too. My bedroom feels way better for sleeping now that it maintains the humidity just right, and it's super quiet.
